6th INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ADMINISTRATIVE LAW AND ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION - ISALAJ 2026
MAY 12-15, 2026 CALL FOR PAPERS

Dear Colleagues,

Preparations for the 6th International Symposium on Administrative Law and Administrative Jurisdiction - ISALAJ 2026 are ongoing. This Symposium, initiated by Balıkesir University;

Will be held hosted by Tashkent Renaissance Educational University*, in collaboration with Tashkent State University of Economics, Tashkent State University of Law, Alfraganus University, Academy of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Faculty of Law at Baku State University, Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, International Vision University, and sponsored by Filiz Publishing House, on May 12-15, 2026 in both "face-to-face and online" formats. We would be delighted to have you among us at the "6th International Symposium on Administrative Law and Administrative Jurisdiction".

The theme of ISALAJ 2026 is: "Powers and Activities of Administration in the Economic Field". In this context, papers examining the following topics will be accepted:

• "Administrative Activities in the Economic Field"
• "Economic Public Service"
• "Reflections of Financial Law with a Multidisciplinary Approach"
• "Powers and Sanctions of Administration in the Economic Field"
• "Regulation and Administration"
• "Administrative Law from the Perspective of Competition Law"
• "Country Experiences Gained in the Economic Field"
• "Financial Supports"
• "Economic Planning and Forecasting as an Activity"
• "Economic Administrative Stability"

The Symposium is open to academics with deep expertise in Administrative Law and Administrative Jurisdiction and researchers interested in the field. The Symposium is open to paper presentations in Turkish, English, Russian, Azerbaijani, Uzbek, Kazakh and Kyrgyz Turkish. Abstract submission deadline for the Symposium is December 20, 2025.

The Symposium meets the criteria for Academic Incentive and UAK (Interuniversity Board) Associate Professorship Requirements. Therefore, referee review will be conducted with the principle that more than half of the presentations at the symposium must be presented by participants from outside Turkey, and in case of excessive applications, paper presenters who have participated in previous symposiums more than once will be eliminated first within the framework of the principle of impartiality based on numerical criteria.

Dr. Semih Batur KAYA has been appointed as the academic representative by Balıkesir University Faculty of Law.

In case of face-to-face participation in the Symposium, accommodation and travel costs will be covered by the participants.
